The office staff at Sacred Heart Cathedral School is here for you, and eager to help you with tuition, discounts, subsidies, grades, extracurriculars, uniforms, and athletics.  

General Inquiries

Monday-Friday 7:30am – 2:45pm.

Students may order lunch in advance through the online lunch program Campus Cuisine.

We do not own nor operate any sort of transportation service. You may request a zip code list mid-summer to check on creating a carpool.

Volunteers are an integral part of the success of our school, both through events and activities. The Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee requires that all volunteers, chaperones and fieldtrip drivers complete a Level-2 background clearance. The cost is $65 and the packets are available in the school office.

Students may be dropped off in the morning as early as 7:00am (no additional fee) and will meet in the gym until 7:30am when they will go to their homeroom classroom. Students are considered tardy if they are not in their classroom by 7:45am. The Extended Care Program is available until 5:30pm.
